My Fee Schedule

My hourly rate is $250 per hour.  However I will charge on a flat fee basis for some routine small business matters such as forming partnerships, corporations, or Limited Liability Corporations (LLC’s), reviewing commercial leases, or reviewing basic consulting or contracting agreements.
